After falling in love with pole, Sara went all in by training 3–5 times a week, getting certified, teaching classes, competing, and attending every workshop she could find. When the knee pads on the market weren’t cutting it, she created Bee’s Knees: knee pads designed for dancers, strippers, and instructors who are just as obsessed with pole as she is.

When Sara couldn’t find knee pads that actually worked, she created her own sample pair and after other dancers took notice, Bee’s Knees was born. What started in a guest bedroom in 2018 has since grown into a full line of movement essentials built from real feedback and designed to support the bodies that use them.
