PoleActive does not control or choose shipping rates, domestically or international. We are subject to their rates and fees. 

Customs or import duties may be charged for orders outside of United States. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Sometimes there may be postal delays or your package may be stopped at Customs, please understand that this is out of our control.

We are not able to track an order once it leaves the United States. 
We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen once they leave PoleActive HQ. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order. We are not responsible to replace ANY lost or stolen order. Buyers agree to this at the time of purchase. 

Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not responsible for lost or damaged items or shipment mistakes made by USPS. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before hitting the order button as we are not responsible for any “loss of order” or “return to sender” due to incorrect shipping information being provided at time of order.
Effective January 1st 2021, all shoe returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shoe orders canceled after being placed on order to Pleaser but not yet received by PoleActive HQ are subject to 30% Restocking fee. PoleActive is not responsible for long lead times, long shipping times, or delays. Please expect 15-30 days minimum for all Pleaser Deliveries. ( Pleaser returns accepted 30 days from delivery to client, but still subject to restocking fee.) 

 Due to restrictions related to Covid-19 in California, all Pleaser USA shoe orders are taking longer than normal for delivery. Please expect 15-30 business days minimum unless otherwise notified. Once pleasers have been ordered they are subject to restocking fees should client request to cancel order. We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached. Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase in order for the return to be accepted.As an added reminder, we are not responsible for any third party shipping delays as these are out of our control. We will not refund shipping costs due to Postal service delays.
