Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions. Return package must be postmarked and received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order for the return to be approved. We offer store credit or refund of purchase price.

 All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached and in original condition. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on the bottoms. We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 30% restocking fee if the item have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

Accessories, including but not limited to socks, tights, legwarmers, grips, and Clearance/Sales items are not eligible for return.


Original shipping is not refundable.

As an added reminder, we are not responsible for any third party shipping delays or loss as these are out of our control. We will not refund shipping costs due to Postal service delays or loss.

Due to new shipping requirements: Pleasers are subject to restocking fee should client cancel order after PoleActive HQ places shoes on order for client. PoleActive does not have any control over the shipping timeframe from Pleaser to PoleActive HQ. Pleaser does not offer drop ship at this time. Please read all Pleaser related information carefully before purchasing. Shipping time is 15-30 days. *Clients will have 30 days from delivery for returns and exchanges *Subject to restocking fees.

Store Credit

Select Store Credit option in the return portal, and we will send you a FREE shipping label to return your items. Once the returned order is received, we will issue a gift card to the original email of the order. The free shipping label option is only available to orders placed in United States. Shoes are not eligible for free return shipping label.

Refund

Select Refund option in the return portal. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Once the return is received, we will process and refund within 5 business days.
